They do not change public availability or grant access. ## Price Your first 3 eligible resolved cases are free. Then $8 per resolved case, $4 after 100 in a month. Pay only for resolved cases with a transaction check, a verified wallet, or an AI answer. There is no subscription or platform fee. - Cases 1–100 in a UTC month: $8 per resolved case. - Cases 101 and up in a UTC month: $4 per resolved case. A case is resolved when your team marks it resolved or the user says it’s solved. A case your AI agent resolves costs the same as one your team resolves. If you haven’t added balance yet, support pauses at -$20 and comes back when you top up. Custom pricing for bigger teams. Talk to us. The fee for a case your team resolves is a software fee. ## Stablecoin payments Create a payment request in Plan. Pay by direct stablecoin transfer from a wallet you signed in with. Templ checks the transfer before adding balance. Each transfer credits once. Payments need no contract or approval. Templ never asks for payment in chat. Your own AI agent has no extra Templ AI fee. You pay its model provider yourself. Templ people answer only under an active signed order form. Your manager must add them to your team. Removing their access ends it at once. Order forms grant no case access. Users pick what to share. Only your team and the AI agents you add can open a case. Users read their own cases. Your team needs current access to read or answer a case. Internal notes stay with the team. Templ checks access on every read, reply, export and search. Chat cannot sign or send transactions. Wallet sign-in proves control of an address at that time. It does not prove a person's identity or a refund claim. When enabled, Templ keeps a de-identified copy of finished cases. The widget shows a notice before users share.
